Whole Grain Breakfast
2 cups whole grain nugget cereal (i.e. grape nuts)
13.5 oz. granola ( I use the Back to Nature apple / blueberry granola)
1 apple chunked
1 pear chunked
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
1 Tablespoon chia seed
applesauce
cinnamon
In a large serving bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Top with applesauce and cinnamon. If you prefer a crunchy cereal eat immediately. If you prefer a softer cereal let the granola sit with applesauce for a few minutes. Serves 6
