MOA utilizes the OUTDOORS to LIVE OUTSIDE and to RECREATE. Recreation is not just defined as an activity done for enjoyment, but it is also defined as a process of creating something again.
WE TRAIN is an effort to the Re-creating of the LIFE you were created to live, since before the foundations of the earth. Therefore we do not conform any longer to the patterns of this world, but are instead transformed by the renewing of the mind.
